REFUND POLICY
We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions stated below carefully before placing an order at www.dwellsindia.com
Products are returnable under the following:
- Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery
- Incorrect Specifications
- Incorrect Design
Return in Case of Tampered Packaging
If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and / or size specifications provided by you, you must:
- Ask the courier to take the order back.
- Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to support@dwellsindia.com so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
Return in Case of Incorrect Order
If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:
- Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to support@dwellsindia.com within 24 hours of order receipt.
- Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at support@dwellsindia.com
- Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.
